Day-of Coordination Package
Pick your package based on your wedding timeline! We offer event coordination for 8 hours, 10 hours, or the full day from start-to-finish. Once you fill out our interest form, we can discuss your day and determine what's best based on your timeline.
All Inclusions
8 hours, 10 hours, or full day end-to-end coordination
Two pre-wedding Zoom calls to prepare, with timeline review
3 months out + 2 weeks out
Free delivery & removal of all Cava rental items
Day-of Coordination includes this & more:
Decoration set-up
Including, but not limited to: Placecards, Guest book, favors, photographs, candy bar, specialty linens, gift table, ceremony programs, menu cards, etc.
Checking in vendors and supporting set-up design
Available for any last-minute errands
Timeline management
Day-of ceremony rehearsal
Distribute and pin all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding personal flowers
Coordinating the ceremony, including queuing the officiant and wedding party as they walk down the aisle
Remove & reset any décor from ceremony to reception
Finalize last-minute touches and light candles before bride & groom preview the reception space
Coordinating & que reception events:

Toasts/speeches during & after dinner
Distribute gratuities to vendors
Access to wedding-day emergency kit
Removal of any Cava rented inventory, depending on timing
Travel up to 25 miles from Minneapolis
Clean up based on timing
Full Day, End-to-End includes:
Full clean up of couple’s stuff at end of night and distribution to designated suite or vehicle
Packing up decor, gifts, cards, toasting glasses, any other personal items
Packing/removing any rented decor from Cava
Checking out all vendors
Checking out of venue
Packages & Rates:
Up to 8 hours: $800
8-10 hours: $900
Full end-to-end coverage in 1 day: $1000
Our most popular option! This includes every part of set up, coordinating, and clean-up/packing your vehicles with decor so that your wedding party and family can enjoy the event to the fullest.
Set Up & Rental Delivery
This package includes just the set-up and décor for your special event so that you can enjoy the morning with your wedding party! We will bring any rented Cava décor, then set up ours and any other provided décor in your space. Couples are then responsible for clean up and returning rented décor to us within 3 days after the event. Set up & decor package includes 1 virtual planning call before your event to understand your vision/plans.
All Inclusions:
Delivery of Cava rentals
Setting up all décor: Cava Rentals & your provided décor, according to your plans
Including, but not limited to: placecards, guest book, favors, family photographs, candy bar, specialty linens, gift table, ceremony programs, menu cards, etc.

Starting at $300 for up to 3 hours of set-up

Pre-wedding events are part of the fun! Our team can help virtually plan your bachelor party to reduce stress on your wedding party and make it a memorable event.
Limited Planning
30 minute Introduction call to understand location, group size, and interests/budgets of the group
Extensive list of suggestions, including:
Where to Stay with pricing and location recommendations
What to do: Activities based on your interests as shared in the call. Includes pricing, timing, and availability for each option
Where to eat: Restaurant recommendations for the full event, including transportation availability and reservation options
Access to my 'top items' list of narrowed down décor/accessories for an affordable bachelor/bachelorette event
Limited planning for $75
Extended Planning
30 minute Introduction call to understand location, group size, and interests/budgets of the group
All suggestions as listed above, with a detailed designed itinerary to share with the group
60 minute Planning/Booking Call with Event Leaders/Planners
This is where we hop on a call together with your 1-3 person 'planning crew' to review my suggestions & plans. I will walk you through booking/creating reservations so that everything is set up and done within this timeframe.
Your group can decide not to book during this, and you will still receive a full itinerary with logistics & details
